Thanksgiving Feast!!

Wow, today was fun, but boy am I tired!!  Our class enjoyed a meal together, wrapping up a unit about the Pilgrims and Wampanoag Indians. I am constantly fascinated by the in-depth questions and background knowledge my kindergartners have this year and their perceptive observations. 

This morning we made pattern headbands and vests with picture writing.  My students couldn't believe they weren't allowed to write words. How cute!
